    • Instructions for use Water hardness test kit for measuring water hardness in degrees of German hardness (°dH). The kit is sufficient for approximately 600 °dH, meaning that with a total hardness of 20 °dH, about 30 titrations can be performed. How the hardness test kit works: The hardness measurement is performed by adding a green-colored solution dropwise to a 5 ml water sample. The number of drops required until the water changes color from red to green indicates the degree of German hardness (titration principle). The accuracy of the water hardness measurement is 1°dH per 5 ml sample volume and 0.5°dH per 10 ml sample volume.
